Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take?
Most orders are ready within 2–5 minutes. You'll receive an email with a link to your responses as soon as they're generated.
What if it doesn't work out?
If our quality check flags your batch — for example we couldn't read your reviews, or we shipped fewer responses than your tier promised — you get an automatic refund from your responses page within 90 days. If our logs show you never opened the batch we delivered, you can self-serve a refund from that same page within 30 days of delivery. Anything else, email replycraft@forage.bot and we'll work it out.
Can I use these on Yelp too?
Yes. The responses work on any platform — Google, Yelp, Facebook, TripAdvisor. They're just text you copy and paste.
Do you post them for me?
Not yet. We generate the responses and you paste them into your platform of choice. This keeps things simple and avoids needing access to your accounts.
